Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Due to COVID, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Usually shipment costs start at $5.95 for standard US orders. VIP members and purchases over $120 have eligibility to waive shipping costs. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time, however, an expedited order option is available at $15.00 additional during check out.
Expedited shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs. We use Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL carriers. Tracking information will be provided with shipment confirmation email.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
shopvanessavixen.com only ships to addresses within the contiguous United States,
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or to any United States territories at this time.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS mail.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Expedited shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs. We use Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL carriers. Tracking information will be provided with shipment confirmation email.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States. is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Vanessa Vixen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
